We work with multiple shipping providers to offer the best means of transport to any destination. The shipping costs are always calculated on an individual basis.

Because we ship our products all around the world, we pack them carefully to protect them from any mishandling.

Most of our products are packed in sturdy cardboard boxes and sent on wooden palettes. In some cases, we use wooden boxes as well to ensure maximum protection for especially fragile products.

Our products are quoted without light bulbs, but they are designed to accommodate E14, E27, G9, or GU10 bulbs, depending on the type.

Every chandelier in our collection can be fitted with LED bulbs and dimmable/non-dimmable options. We recommend warm white light for an optimal showcase of our crystal designs.

We offer worldwide shipping, and the electrical specifications of each product are tailored to the requirements of the export country.

We have prepared a very wide range of accessories. In addition to various mounting options for walls, ceilings, surface-mounted, flush-mounted, you can also choose from a wide range of colors.

Of course, we can also adapt to the needs of our client.

Most of our products are supplied for self installation on site by the client. For the most complex project we would be willing to offer expert installation.

Our products are shipped via trusted curriers to make sure there is no damage during transport.

Our chandeliers are shipped partly disassembled to protect them during transport.

The complexity of assembly varies piece by piece. Some of our chandeliers are easy to assemble, while other pieces require expert assembly.

Assembly sheets are always packed in the boxes with the chandeliers. If you need help with assembly, please contact our team who will gladly assist you.

We can provide professional assembly of our chandeliers on site anywhere in the world. The price for assembly is set individually according to the specifics of the order.

Our products come with 2 years warranty.

Depending on the required product types from our standard offer, delivery times range
from 2 to 8 weeks. Please contact us to find the delivery time for your specific order.

No disinfectant, aggressive or abrasive agents may be used when cleaning the lamps. Clean
with the utmost care with a Swedish cloth. Crystals can be cleaned with a soft, lint-free
cotton cloth. You must not use the Swedish cloth on anything other than chandeliers and
wall lights to avoid leaving any other elements on the cloth or hard particles from previously
wiped surfaces that could scratch the chandelier.
CAUTION: The power supply to the luminaires must be switched off during cleaning.
As for our decorative glass, it is usually very richly decorated, especially with gold and silver.
Care should therefore be taken when cleaning them. Never wash the glass in an automatic
dishwasher or use aggressive cleaning agents (e.g. sand) or too coarse sponges for washing
dishes.

Our payment terms are very simple.

We require 50% of the payment on the day of placing the order.

Remaining 50% is required prior product shipment.
